We strongly believe that this video is aimed at mobilising LGBTQI- friendly people. It makes then feel good about their current position and encourages them to be even more committed. Like in any attack strategy, ridiculing your opponents is likely to prove more effective to galvanise your own troops. But for some target audiences, for example adolescents, the fear of ridicule is a strong motivating factor. This should be investigated carefully when planning Focus Group research.
